Rob founded the Google Chicago recruitment effort and oversaw the highest producing Software Recruitment Team Globally. He spearheaded numerous efforts under the direction of the Board of Directors and was tasked with overseeing Global Technology Recruiting at Motorola post-Google acquisition. After leaving Google, Rob joined Citadel where he oversaw hiring for Global Technology, Quant Research, Sourcing, College, and Ph.D. Recruitment.
Rob lives outside of Chicago with his wife Ashley and 3 children. He loves fantasy football, bourbon, and spending time with his friends & family.

Throughout his career, Matt has worked across almost all aspects of tech recruiting from software engineering, to core infrastructure and dev-ops, and just about everything in between. He is passionate about technology and cares deeply about matching candidates with opportunities that will help them lead happier lives both at work and at home.
Matt lives outside of New York City with his wife Jen and 2 children. He loves spending time with family and friends, relaxing, and enjoying time at the Jersey shore.

Together, we have over 30 years of experience in technical recruiting at the highest levels of the industry. We’ve consistently hired elite talent at places like Google, Citadel, Jane Street, and TwoSigma. It eventually became time to take our recruiting abilities and branch off with our own mission, and thus came the inception of Highlands Talent Group, where we place 50+ of Engineers (Software, Staff, DevOps, SRE), Data Scientists, CTOs, and Tech Leadership each year.
